Sri Lanka Can’t Access $1.5 Billion China Credit Line

Food has become a big issue in Sri Lanka where the country is flirting with bankruptcy. They are unable to tap a $1.5 billion credit line from China. Beijing is concerned that the International Monetary Fund may force delays in repayment. Anusha Ondaatjie reports on Bloomberg Television.
